Coffee is an art for the Trismoka roastery. Their story began in 1978 when Gino Uberti and his son Paolo began roasting Trismoka's coffee on the southern tip of Lake d'Iseo. It is located in Lombardy, between Brescia and Bergamo. Their mission is to respect and at the same time create a modern coffee culture. Trismoka Roastery is involved in the training of new baristas for the best cafes in Italy. Today we can say that there is no competition in the world that Trimoka's representatives would not take part in. The roastery has a very traditional approach to roasting coffee. It uses the best coffee beans from South America, Brazil and other famous locations. You will also find a 50% share of Kopi Luwak coffee in the Italia coffee package.
