Vložka, díky gelové náplni Hot & cold, udržuje požadovanou teplotu déle než vložky plněné vodou. Snadné použití gelové vložky jako chladící nebo hřejicí. Pro chladivé použití vložte sáček do lednice či do mrazáku po dobu nejméně 3 až 4 hodiny. Pro hřejivý efekt ohřejte v mikrovlnce – zahřívejte po dobu 40 sekund při střední nebo 50% intenzitě, nepřekračujte teplotu 65 ° C nebo vložte do vařicí vody. Po ohřátí vyjměte a použijte dle potřeby.
